Tons of Internships Available

Hey AMA Summer’s winding down and its about that time to get back into school. Hope you have made the most of your summer and will take advantage of what is left. For those of you looking for internships Zach has been hard at work sending those out so check your emails if you need more information on them.

Here’s a list of those that are available and some brief information on them

• New England Financial is in the financial service industry and aids people to reach their financial goals through investments and insurance. Send your resumes’ to Claire Arakawa. • Waterman League an exciting new company with offices in London and on Oahu. They have developed an international event (modeled after the X-Games), but for open ocean sports. Their office is in Haleiwa, but the intern would be able to do much of their work from home, with weekly meetings in Honolulu. This internship starts from today and last until the end of September. • Geico is Hawaii’s #1 Auto Insurer. This internships is scheduled to start on August 24h, and end on December 18th with a maximum of 20 hours per week. All applicants must be a currently enrolled Junior, Senior, or Grad Student with a “Minimum GPA” of 3.2. The deadline to enroll is August 3rd. This is a paid internship $12.75 per hour. • State Farm Insurance is offering a 1 year position and you will have the possibility of becoming a licensed insurance salesperson. If interested contact Cory Mitsui.
