TAILGATING
September 3, 2011 NOON
Join AMA and Friends to tailgate for Warrior’s Football home opener! We’ll have food/grill, drinks. BYOB and bring friends! There may be some body paint. We should have about 30 people to spell “Go University of Hawaii at Manoa Warriors!”
WHAT IF I’M NOT AN AMA MEMBER YET?
It’s okay!!! This tailgating event is open to potential members and friends of members as well as other business clubs!!!
**Note: When consuming alcohol, please take responsibility for your actions.
Need a ride to the tailgate?
A private bus will be available to pick us up early (around 10:30) the day of tailgating! However, we need a TOTAL OF 48 STUDENTS to fill the bus. Any less than 48, we will not be able get a bus.
YOU WILL NEED TO RSVP ASAP for your seat on the bus. Send in your RSVP to: jnu@hawaii.edu. Please check your email for a confirmation for your seat on the bus. ***If we are unable to get a bus, a few of our members plan to have some sort of caravan leaving UH around 10:30 am on Saturday.
For those who drive, meet us at 10:30am so we can have a BIG area to grill, grind, and have a good time. We’ll try and meet near Pole 13 where we had a big Tailgate last year.

Our First General Meeting
Wednesday, September 7, 2011, Rm G103
Our first GM will be on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 4:30pm. Will be in room G103 in the BusAd building (Shidler). Join us in the start to an AMA-zing semester! We will discuss Nationals, Personal Development workshops, Networking, Social Events, and more. If you are interested and would like to join, please fill out an application and turn it in to an Executive Board member as soon as possible. Let anyone who maybe interested in becoming an AMA member know about this General Meeting!
