Super Clubs Day Professional Mixer and Other Upcoming Events

Thanks everyone for coming out for Super Clubs Day and allowing IBC to successfully control your lives for a day. I hope everyone had fun and got to know each other a little better (as well as some people from the other clubs too). If nothing else you got a shirt for $10 which isn’t bad. Now onward to our upcoming events.

General Meeting
Our next general meeting is TOMORROW! There will be a special presentation at the conclusion of our meeting by Northwestern Mutual. They are offering internships and possible employment opportunities to those interested.

Professional Mixer
Hopefully everyone has got their money and resumes in to Jocelyn by now but if you haven’t make sure to get the money in A.S.A.P. If you haven’t gotten your resume in by now we’re sorry but we already made the booklet of resumes which will be given out to all of the professionals in attendance. As far as the actual event goes it starts at 6:00pm but we STRONGLY recommend that you arrive at least 15 mins ahead of time so you can get checked in and settled before the event actually starts. We require everyone who attends to be in business casual if you are not appropriately dressed you may not be allowed to participate so be advised. The Professional Mixer is a great way to meet local professionals and market yourself to them. Many of our members get internships, references, and even employment through professional mixers so be sure to use this to your advantage. That being said please conduct yourself appropriately, you never know who is watching.
