Recruitment week is a wrap

Ahhhhh! The madness known as recruitment week is finally over! I’m sure a lot of you were getting tired of the crowded hallways, in-class presentations, and endless fliers you were being passed; you all can breathe a sigh of relief and walk to class un-harassed starting tomorrow because recruitment “week” is pau.

We had a tremendous amount of interest in AMA this semester with over 90 new people signing up for the mailing list and roughly 50 people showing up to the informational meeting. We hope that all of you who showed interest will join us for what will be an AMAzing semester.

For those of you who still need an application they can be found on the Prospective Members page. Be sure to download (and fill out) both the National and AMA UHM forms.

AMA has so much to offer not just marketing majors, but anyone who has any kind of interest in business or just wants to meet new and interesting people. This semester we will be offering everything from a beach house to a professional mixer. We hope to give you the tools you need to give you the edge in a professional environment but at the same time we will have more than enough socials to keep you relaxed. AMA is not just about building successful business people we are also about building life long relationships.

General Meeting #1 will be next Wednesday, Sept 9th at 4:30pm; we look forward to seeing you all there.
