Hike + Tsukiji's + Senator's Social

Wow, what a busy weekend we had. Tons of stuff going on and it was a lot of fun seeing a lot of you guys out. I’ll go over this stuff in chronological order.

The Hike
Sorry we had to cancel this one. I know a lot of you were really looking forward to it but in the end the weather just wouldn’t cooperate and we didn’t want anyone getting hurt.

Tsukiji’s
Good job guys! The guest list had over 600 people on it and more than 450 of those were girls. We really appreciate you guys getting your friends to come out. Everyone had a great time and got to party with other members. Making money off of this seems like stealing, I mean c’mon, you get into a sick club for free and hang out with your friends while getting paid. I wish every fundraiser was this easy. This was so successful that we were featured in Metromix. Here are some pictures courtesy of Metromix (more to come):

With all the success that we had at this fundraiser and the amount of people that came out and party with us, we can’t wait to throw our Grad Bash. For those of you who may not know AMA’s Grad Bash, it has become known as the spot to be during the night of Graduation. This semester, in typical AMA fashion, we will make it bigger and better than ever before, so be ready!

Senator’s Social
Although we did not win the tournament, AMA was well represented. We were among the clubs with the best turn out, so thanks again for all your support. We’re making a good run at the most outstanding organization award this semester so lets keep it going. The thing is, we already know that we’re the most outstanding organization. Now let’s show the rest of the college that we are. AMA won this award 4 times in a row prior to last semester and I think it is time to reclaim it!
