Internship Opportunities
Team One (Application Deadline: March 1, 2010)
We’ve put together a summer internship experience that will take all of the savvy things you’ve learned in school and challenge you to do even more. If you’re ready to experience life at a fast-paced advertising agency, contribute to creating award-winning work and seriously beefing up your resume, do we have a summer internship opportunity for you.
The Summer Internship Program involves eight weeks of:
- Mentoring – Yes, you’ll get your own Team One Mentor. We know you can share, but we’re generous people.
- Intern Project – Want a challenge? This is it. Finals have nothing on us. We’ll give you reason to work hard and shine.
- Weekly Speaker Series – Learn from some of the best in the business. Advertising professionals love new blood.
Field Trips – No parent signature necessary, unless we ask you do something completely precarious (just kidding). Eight Interns are each assigned to various areas of the agency including:
- Idea Management
- Idea Production
- Idea Communication
The Summer Internship Program for the eight selected interns are paid at a rate of $10/hour. Interns hired outside of the Summer Internship Program require academic credit in order to intern at the agency.
The eight-week summer program is held at Team One in El Segundo, California (aka Los Angeles, California). Summer Interns are expected to work full-time (40-hours/week) for a full eight weeks. Applicants who are not available for full-time work will not be considered for the Summer Internship Program.
Team One is committed to giving opportunities to all students from across the country, though the individual will need to be responsible for any travel, housing, food and personal expenses. Applications will be available late Winter 2009/2010; interviews (both in-person and phone) take place mid-Spring. By May, our process will be completed and you’ll know if you made the cut.
