How to Join
Apply for Spring 2010 membership by following these steps:
- Fill the Forms Two forms must be filled and submitted:
- AMA-UHM Application (pdf)
- AMA-National Application (pdf)
- Pay Membership Dues
- Submit Forms and Payment – due Wednesday, February 10, 2010 You may submit your applications and payment in one of three ways:
- General Meeting 1 (January 27th) or General Meeting 2 (February 10th)
- Shidler College of Business’ OSAS in Room B101
- Mail your completed applications and payment to the following address:

Dues may be paid per semester ($50/semester) or by year ($65/year).
